Job Details

As a Senior Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney / Senior Labor Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• Licensed to practice law and resides in California
• 6+ years of dedicated labor and employment litigation experience (FEHA, wrongful termination, wage and hour, class actions and PAGA lawsuits)
• Big Law Experience preferred
• Trial Experience preferred
• Class and PAGA Experience preferred
