Tax Preparer / Client Manager

Location: Monticello & Logansport, IN (Flexible in-office schedule)

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 base + Annual Bonus + health, dental, vision, 401(k) match (4%), Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disabvility Insurance

We're looking for a Tax Preparer/Client Manager who wants to grow their career while working in a values-driven, relationship-focused firm.

Unlike large firms, we prioritize quality over volume. You'll have the time and resources to truly serve your clients, provide proactive tax planning, and develop trusted relationships- without the 2,300+ hour grind.

What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of small businesses, partnerships, and individuals
• Prepare & review corporate, partnership, and individual returns
• Provide proactive tax planning before year-end
• Build trusted client relationships- listening, advising, and adding value
• Collaborate with a supportive team who cares about your growth

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of public accounting experience (CPA/EA preferred)
• Strong tax prep experience (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, 1040s)
• A client-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Someone who values quality of life + professional growth
