In addition, the lead follows up with employees to ensure the assigned workload is completed./ppstrongWhat Your Impact Will Be:#xa0;/strong/ppThe essential duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Leadperson position include the following. Other#xa0;duties may be assigned as needed./pulliHandle order processing using Omni and Exeter and coordinating shipments via FedEx and UPS Ground./liliProvides direction to employees including assigning work; following up for completion and accuracy; and adherence to company policies, practices and processes./liliAssists employees with work related questions and problems.
