The Floor Supervisor will also assist in managing and directing staff to achieve company goals and objectives./pp/ppbuEssential Duties amp; Responsibilities:/u/b/pp/ppbuCustomer Service/u/b/pulliProject a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware./liliProactively assist customers in solving problems./liliGreet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store./liliProject a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates./liliEnsure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively./liliHandle customer complaints.
