liAdhere to local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies, standards, codes and laws./li
liAdhere to established district policies and procedures, including, but not limited to; creating work orders, tracking and inputting work hours and jobs performed in the district maintenance management system./li
liAppropriate, professional dress for job duties and performing duties in the presence of children and staff./li
liAttend department staff meetings as required./li
liWork cooperatively with other district employees, the general public, and students./li
liDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality./li
liMaintain, monitor and repair electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical, boiler and related systems and equipment./li
liOperate Nenana City School District vehicles and heavy equipment./li
liGeneral building maintenance including, but not limited to; interior and exterior lighting, light construction, painting, weatherproofing, etc./li
liMaintain grounds to include mowing of grass, plowing of snow, leveling of soil, watering of plants, planting schrubs, etc./li
liOther duties as assigned by Director of Operations./li
