Education or experience with mechanical, electrical, and controls required./liliPreference will be given to candidates with experience in cleanroom, as a facilities technician and those with strong trouble shooting skills./li/ulp/ppbPrerequisites: /b      /pulliOperation amp; troubleshooting knowledge of facilities systems including Chillers, CDA systems, Air handlers, Process Exhaust scrubbers, Process cooling system and Boilers./liliBasic knowledge of RODI amp; AWN systems./liliMechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills./liliBasic electric knowledge - motors amp; pumps./liliUnderstanding of chemistry and general safety./liliUnderstanding of automated systems from air handlers, environmental controls, chillers, processed cooling water, VFDs,/liliSPC knowledge, understanding of control charts and data entry./liliBasic control system knowledge. PLC programming and electronic skills are a plus. Must have knowledge of office automation (outlook, excel, word, etc)/liliSchedule and perform PM’s/liliAble to work as a team player./li/ulp/ppbResponsibilities: /b/pulliOperation and Maintenance of 115,000 square foot cleanroom./liliPreventive Maintenance of chillers, CDA systems, boilers, air handlers.
