pPrimary Accountability/p pThe HRIS Specialist is responsible for performing Human Resources-related duties inside the HCM environment at FHCN./p pDescription of Primary Responsibilities/p ol liAssist in implementing and configuring the HRIS, including data migration, system testing, and user training. Responsible for achieving department goals and metrics for functional areas assigned.nbsp; ol liDevelops recommendations for updating workflows and policies.nbsp;/li liServes as a subject matter expert in functional area assigned.nbsp; nbsp;/li liPerforms high level administrative functions to comply with regulations and department deadlines.nbsp;/li liResponsible for the accuracy of all records and the integrity of employee data in the HRIS database./li liConducts audits and analysis of ad-hoc reports./li /ol/li liServes as a liaison in updating or resolving programming and related HRIS systems problems.nbsp; nbsp;/li liServe as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS issues and providing technical support to HR end-usersnbsp;/li liCollaborate with HR team members to ensure as they develop and document HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices they align with system configurations./li liGenerate custom reports to support HR and management decision-making./li liStay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and HCM systems./li liWhen changes occur, provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality and processes.nbsp;Additionally, provide feedback to functional leads on the training they develop for their team members./li liAssists various human resources response plans to comply with federal, state, and accrediting agencies with data contained in the HCM module.nbsp;/li liPerforms other duties as assigned./li /ol pProfessional amp; Technical Knowledge:/p ol liPossesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree with a recognized major or comparable experience, and;nbsp;/li liStrong understanding of HR principles, processes, and regulations./li liPerformance of the job duties and responsibilities requires administrative knowledge of HR technologies, knowledge of databases, and spreadsheets.nbsp;/li liWorking knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, preferably Oracle./li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills./li liAttention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality./li /ol pTechnical Skills:/p ol liAbility to create highly complex documents in Microsoft Word, including linking multiple files and embedding objects linked to other documents.nbsp;/li liAbility to use advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, such as to create and manage databases, including creating standardized reports, or link multiple worksheets and workbooks.nbsp;/li liAbility to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements./li /ol pLicenses amp; Certifications: None required./p pCommunications Skills:/p ol liJob duties require the compilation and analysis of information prepared in effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles or other documentation./li liDuties require preparation and execution of presentations and trainings to various group sizes.nbsp;/li /ol pPhysical Demands: The physical demands in this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
