The 18,500-seat venue is home to the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, and hosts concerts and events. We manage concession outlets, including diner-themed stands that offer traditional arena fares such as hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, and a variety of beers featuring local Ohio breweries./span/p Responsibilities: ulliPrepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event/liliAnticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff/liliEnsure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol/liliMaintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event/liliObtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred/li/ul Qualifications: ulliNo high school diploma or GED required/liliMinimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required/liliPrevious experience as suite runner preferred/li/ul Physical Requirements: ulliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds /liliAbility to stand and walk for entire length of shift/liliExposure to variable temperatures /liliMay be required to work in narrow spaces/li/ul
