Speech Language Pathologist - School - Now Hiring

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a school-based Speech Language Pathologist with IL SLP license, PEL, and ASHA CCCs for an elementary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in an elementary school setting with students in grades K-5
• Caseload consists of 25-30 students
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm
• Assignment is for the 2025-2026 school year
• Responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to elementary age students
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Caseload management includes therapy, documentation, and participation in student meetings

Requirements

• Current Illinois SLP license required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• License required if applicable
