Requires spanability/span to spanperform/span Room Preventative Maintence, minor repairs, pool / spa maintenance, and other basic spanpreventative/span maintenance and spanrepairs/span as spanwell/span as spangeneral/span maintenance on property. Performs general minor repairs to plumbing, spanelectrical,/span spanrefrigeration,/span spankitchen/span equipment, light spancarpentry,/span painting and HVAC systems.
