Facility Rentals and Events Coordinator

Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"span style="font-size: 10pt;"The Facility Rentals and Events Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with rental prospects, showing venue rental space and working with rental clients to facilitate an optimal rental experience. Ability to work on weekends is essential, as many rentals occur on the weekend. Develop and maintain effective cross-departmental relationships to coordinate resources for event needs. This individual will also coordinate in-house events hosted by the Kroc Center/span/p Responsibilities: p style="margin: 0px;"• span style="font-size: 10pt;"Oversee venue rental booking process within approved guidelines and pricing structure./spanbr /span style="font-size: 10pt;"• Proactively engage with both individuals and outside organizations to create awareness of various venue rental options available in The Salvation Army Kroc Center of Philadelphia./spanbr /span style="font-size: 10pt;"• Execute all contracts for use of space within the Center. /spanbr /span style="font-size: 10pt;"• Ensures that all payment and cash management procedures are followed at all times./spanbr /span style="font-size: 10pt;"• Maintain rental and event calendar. Ensure that all events begin and end on time by maintaining event schedules./spanbr /span style="font-size: 10pt;"• Assemble and distribute the Kroc Center’s weekly “What’s Happening” report to our staff.
