pstrong /strong/p pstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liOperates and monitors machinery to ensure tortillas are produced according to company quality requirements and output/li liMonitors machinery to ensure tortillas are produced according to company quality requirements./li liAdjust machine to ensure tortilla production output contains a minimal amount of out of specification product./li liOperate machine in compliance with safety standards./li liPerform safety inspection of machine before, during and after operation/li liMake adjustments to equipment as needed to production flowing without minimal interruption/li liCalculate weight and check against standards, report findings/li liResponsible for the general equipment cleaning./li liMust perform machine mixer operation with minimal waste./li liPerform work in a fast pace environment and maintain production requirements/li liMaintain knowledge, understanding and adhere to safety policies, USDA, GMP’s, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies./li liOperates and monitor dough mixers./li liAdds ingredients necessary to produce dough/li liUses tools to remove dough from mixer during production process/li liRegular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position./li liPerform all other duties as assigned./li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrongQUALIFICATIONS/strongstrong: /strong/p ul liMust be able to communicate verbally and read and write in English./li liMust pass company Math test with a 75% score or better./li liMust possess basic knowledge of tool use./li liMust go through internal training to be certified as Machine Operator./li /ul ul/ul
