Maintain knowledge of all menu items./liliPrepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as required/liliOperate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings/liliEnsure that the food delivery is tidy and keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas./liliUse safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines/liliClean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units/liliCheck quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures./li/ulpThe starting pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour plus tips. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay.
