This role ensures compliance with company policies and shipping regulations while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. The position requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a strong sense of teamwork. Regular attendance and overtime availability are essential to meet business demands./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pullipAccurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment using the AutoStore system./p/lilipPrepare UPS and LTL orders in compliance with company and shipping regulations./p/lilipPerform quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shipment errors./p/lilipManifest and label orders accurately for parcel shipping./p/lilipStack completed orders in designated staging areas for outbound shipment./p/lilipCommunicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety./p/lilipFollow standard operating procedures related to picking, packing, and material handling./p/lilipParticipate in cross-training for order processing and fulfillment tasks./p/lilipFollow all company policies, including safety protocols and 5S practices./p/lilipReport discrepancies or issues promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor./p/lilipMaintain a clean and organized packing area at all times./p/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongpstrongQualifications:/strong/pullipHigh school diploma or GED preferred./p/lilipAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English./p/lilipBasic computer skills and ability to operate handheld RF scanners./p/lilipProficient in basic math; must be able to pass a skills assessment./p/lilipAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and perform repetitive physical tasks./p/lilipStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality./p/lilipFlexibility to adapt to changing tasks, priorities, and schedules./p/lilipReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed./p/lilipPrior warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required./p/li/ulpstrongWork Environment:/strongbr The work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution setting with frequent exposure to varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and moving equipment. This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Team members must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols.
