Interns would typically assist with needs assessments, materials preparation, and media capture (photos and videos), while also learning about best practices in training and learning.#xa0;strongThis is not a remote role, and interested candidates will need to be on location!/strong/ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliCurriculum Development: Contribute to the creation of training materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources./liliMaterials Preparation: Prepare training materials, organize documents, and assist with logistics for training events./liliLearning Management System (LMS): Assist with maintaining the LMS, uploading materials, and tracking participant progress./liliFeedback and Evaluation: Assist with collecting feedback on training programs and evaluating their effectiveness./liliReporting and Documentation: Assist with preparing reports on training activities and documenting program implementation./li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongpSkills and Qualities:/pulliStrong organizational and time management skills./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliStrong writing and editing skills./liliFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)./liliMulti-media experience in both photos and videos./li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpHarsco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
