The Bike Tech is responsible for building and repairing bicycles according to established procedures. This individual will pull from personal experiences and industry/ppresearch and trends to provide strong product recommendations that align to the customer’s needs./pullipCreate a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically (but not limited to) our Bike Department./p/lilipUphold company standards for merchandise presentation./p/lilipDemonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge,/p/lilipdedication, and commitment in their sport or activity./p/lilipPromote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions./p/lilipAchieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise./p/lilipBuild and repair bikes in accordance with established procedures. Assist with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed./p/lilipMaintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Bike Department to Company standards as directed./p/lilipAdheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
