This role will help the Artist Relations team to create and deliver campaigns and promotion plans for RND#39;s Latin roster, as well as, organize and oversee music and music related products and business ventures - bubilingual proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position/u/b. /span/pp/ppspanAn ideal intern candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic and communicative. The incumbent will assist where needed to ensure that the team runs smoothly and efficiently and that everyone is well-prepared to be successful on all of their projects./span/pp/ppbResponsibilities:/b/ppspanThe Latin Artist Relations Intern will work under the close supervision of the team that consists of artist partnerships, research and Aamp;R and marketing. They are responsible for communications, marketing, and creative functions for the RND team. Responsibilities include:/span/pullipspanMaintain roster and release up-to-date calendar/span/p/lilipspanOrganize metadata and assets for music and music related products, including ISRCs, UPCs, artwork and videos/span/p/lilipspanGather and report information for playlist placements/span/p/lilipspanOrganize and distribute one sheets and electronic press kits (EPKs) for meetings, weekly status reports, etc./span/p/lilipspanResearching unsigned writers, bands, producers, etc./span/p/lilipspanAssist the Artist Relations Managers with other projects, as needed/span/p/li/ulpb /b/ppbbQualifications/b/b/pullipspanMust be eligible to receive academic credit from your college or university/span/p/lilipbspanFluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is mandatory/span/b/p/lilipspanA strong passion for music, urban culture and staying on top of current trends/span/p/lilipspanKnowledgable about the Latin music industry in the USA /span/p/lilipspanAn ambitious and enthusiastic personality/span/p/lilipspanExcellent communication skills including professional email etiquette/span/p/lilipspanWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets/span/p/lilipspanAn understanding of marketing for music artists (especially digital and social media marketing)/span/p/lilipspanKnowledge/familiarity with Airtable/span/p/li/ulp/ppThis internship is available for the Fall semester.
