The/spanspan style="font-weight: bold" Lifestyles Enrichment Director /spanspan style="color: #181818; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px"is responsible for assisting the Lifestyle Manager in providing activities programs and opportunities for residents that promote a level of health, wellbeing, engagement and growth./spanbr/p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"span style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px"Our Director of Lifestyles/Enrichment/span/spanspan style="color: rgb(24, 24, 24); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px":/spanbr/p pbrbr/p ul liCreates and administers the planning, scheduling, and conducting lifestyle programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual opportunities for the residents./li liAttends all community planned functions and coordinates events from beginning to end including setup, facilitation, and breakdown for the event./li liCreates and plans appropriate programs for holidays and special events./li liCreates an annual calendar of events, including social media calendar./li liWrites/creates community newsletter./li liCreates and distributes communication strategy with residents and, as necessary, family members./li liCreates/Implements wellness program designed to promote enrichment for the entire community. /li liInteract with residents, guests, and staff in an atmosphere of hospitality./li liManages the lifestyles/enrichment team in all duties. /li li /liliProtects the privacy of the residents when communication oral and written information./li liPromote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.transformingage.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/TransformingAge-Culture-of-Excellence.pdf"Culture of Excellence/a and strategic goals/li liPerforms other duties as assigned./li /ul pbrbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"What you need to succeed:/span/p pbrbr/p ul liBachelor's Degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liFive or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./li liProject Management Skills/li liMust have experience planning and creating activities for small and large groups that vary in skill, ability, and interests./li liExperience managing budgets. /li liUnderstanding of aging populations and long-term care regulations strongly preferred./li li1-2 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred./li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with staff and external constituents./li liStrong English language proficiency (written/verbal)./li /ul
