You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility./p p /p pstrongRequired Experience for Server:/strong/p ul liPrior restaurant experience is preferred but not required./li liMust be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment./li /ul p /p pstrongPrimary Responsibilities for Server:/strong/p ul liServe meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests./li liFollow safe food handling and sanitation practices./li liPerform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned./li liEnsure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion./li liMaintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene./li liWait on tables and assist other staff as needed./li liTactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints./li liFollow all Dining Services Standards of service./li /ul p /p pstrongGeneral Working Conditions:/strong/p pThis position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires employee to effectively present information in one-on-one a small group situation with residents, guests, and other associates. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. Employee must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
