Lake Worth #12 Server - Full-time / Part-time

Our servers play a vital role in every meal – welcoming and guiding, taking orders and serving, and attending to details. /span/p Responsibilities: ulliFollows all company safety and sanitation policies and  procedural training/liliSupport fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed/liliBe knowledgeable regarding Food Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly                           /liliAccurately write down guests’ orders and enter into POS system, in a timely manner/liliRetrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner                          /liliAbility to assess guests’ demeanor and identify when to summon a Manager/liliCollect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner/liliPerform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework                            /liliRestock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests                         /li/ul Qualifications: ulliCan physically stand/walk 100% of shift                         /liliCan reach, bend, stoop frequently                         /liliAble to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs/liliAbility to speak, read and write English                        /liliAbility to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc                         /liliComplete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes                    /liliComplete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes/li/ul Benefits: p style="margin: 0px;" /pulliFive (5) Day Work Week/liliPaid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years /liliHealth Insurance – Medical Dental Programs Available /lili401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
