Job duties include medication management, medication administration, counseling and health maintenance. Evaluates patient needs and assists in implementing plans to meet those needs, aids in formulation of the treatment plan, monitors patientrsquo;s medication intake and treatments, as directed, assists in maintaining and ordering adequate medical supplies, charts into the medical/legal records, reports and records observations that reflect the nursing care given and the patientrsquo;s progress, educates patients on the medical aspects of treatment, interviews, screens and performs health assessments per established protocols, monitors and reports any significant changes in patients condition or behavior to Charge Nurse.nbsp;/ppnbsp;/ppThis position requires providing service to one or more age populations including adolescents and geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
