This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined operations professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences. /pp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"strongWhat you’ll do:/strong/pul style="min-height:1.5em"lip style="min-height:1.5em"Ensure operational compliance of fleet and complete quality checks for deployment /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Perform basic maintenance in and out of warehouse/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Support battery management operations by ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks are completed /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Safely operate a pallet jack or push cart on a frequent basis/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Identify issues and perform small repairs in the field on vehicles including but not limited to brake adjustments, tire inflation, and vehicle cleaning to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition when needed /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Manage parts inventories including PAR levels and demand forecast/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols of the local area to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness in accordance with city requests/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Detect and report uncommon situations related to on the ground service and product/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Occasionally assist customers in field by providing support related to Lime vehicles/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Safely operate a van to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market as needed /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Safely operate a cargo bike or e-scooters to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market as needed /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Additional job related tasks as assigned /p/li/ulp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"strongAbout you: /strong/pul style="min-height:1.5em"lip style="min-height:1.5em"Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license and good driving record/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Previous experience in a similar role involving vehicle maintenance preferred/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis required/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Self-motivated with and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks /p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Adaptability to work outdoors and indoors in line with company needs and objectives/p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"Ability to safely ride a bike and other Lime vehicles/p/li/ulp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"This is a contracted position that will be hired, managed, and compensated through a third-party employer.
