The Facility Maintenance Technician is also responsible for assisting the sales team in transporting consigned inventory to the warehouse./p

pspan style="font-weight: bold"The/spanspan style="font-weight: bold" Facility Maintenance Technician is Responsible For:/span/p
ol
liCompleting maintenance and janitorial/custodial tasks as assigned./li
liResponsible for the weekly cleaning, sanitization, and restocking of restrooms throughout the facility./li
liMonitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior spaces, such as offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and parking lots./li
liAssist the Facility Manager in performing routine maintenance on the facility and follow up daily on the vehicle checklist./li
liAssist in carpentry projects, including shelving, racking, crates, tables, and other storage compartments as needed throughout the facility and yard./li
liPerform routine and preventative maintenance on company-owned vehicles. Including taking vehicles to appointments for maintenance and returning vehicles to the company headquarters./li
liFollow all security measures for the workplace./li
liHelp maintain day-to-day operations of facilities by completing maintenance tasks or work orders on time as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager./li
liPreparing facilities for changing weather conditions. Follow the Facility Maintenance Manager's instructions on how to properly perform seasonal duties such as snow and ice removal, lawn mowing, and trimming./li
liPrepare all vehicles for day-to-day operations such as transports, mail runs, etc./li
liOther duties as assigned, such as helping the FFL department with off-site firearm pickups, driving to and from consignor properties to safely transport inventory for future auctions, and offloading and moving inventory around the storage yard in preparation for future auctions./li

liMust be able to perform tasks in a variety of weather conditions./li
liProficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace Applications./li
liAbility to obtain a valid Forklift License per OSHA regulations./li
liValid Alaska driver's license./li
liAbility to pass a background and reference check./li

liAn ability to perform skilled tasks to assist in maintaining the company’s grounds, buildings, vehicles, and equipment (i.e., painting, carpentry, landscaping, restrooms)./li

liAbility to take instructions from the immediate supervisor and work with other staff members./li
liAbility to make decisions based on outlined duties, company policy, and procedures./li
liMust show initiative in performing all duties./li
liAbility to physically lift tables and chairs and set up rooms./li
liProficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace Applications./li
liAbility to pass a background and reference check./li
