pspan style="font-weight: bold"The /spanspan style="font-weight: bold"Inventory Loadout Shipping Coordinator is Responsible For:/span/p
ol
liPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule or direction./li
liCarefully and accurately maintain the inventory tracking system to ensure items are stored in a safe and organized manner./li
liOptimize space utilization in the warehouse without compromising safety or risking damage to consigned merchandise./li
liFollow APAA policy for the storage of special items such as combustibles, firearms, jewelry, precious stones, and metals./li
liTransports materials in the warehouse by forklift, hand truck, cart, or other conveyance as required./li
liKeep the pickup bay, warehouse, and any other storage areas free of garbage, debris, snow, and ice./li
liCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers./li
liReport any inventory discrepancies or damage to consigned merchandise to the supervisor./li
liEnsure all buyer's merchandise marked for “shipping” is transferred to the shipping department./li
liPerform other duties in support of the APAA mission as directed./li

liMust be able to complete various activities in the department that may require hours of lifting, sorting, standing, sitting, and carrying./li
liMust be able to walk up and down stairs and climb ladders./li
liMust be able to lift up to 50lbs alone, or greater weights with assistance./li

liReceive, verify, and place into temporary storage consigned inventory./li
liBox or containerize the inventory by the seller./li
liStore inventory on designated shelves./li
liGood written and verbal communication skills./li
liStrong sense of time, organization, and urgency./li
liAble to work independently and within a team./li

liT1 year related to shipping operations experience preferred, but not required./li
liAbility to communicate effectively and address./li
liAbility to read and interpret documents and craft letters, memoranda, invoices, company policies, and various other./li
liProficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace Applications./li
liValid Alaska driver's license./li
liAbility to pass a background and reference check./li
