The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting store operations and maintaining our high visual merchandising standards./p pKey Responsibilities:/p ul liDeliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations/li liProcess transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system/li liMaintain store appearance through regular cleaning, organizing, and straightening of merchandise/li liExecute daily stocking tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishing sales floor inventory, and organizing stockroom/li liSupport Store Manager with daily operations, reports, and special projects/li liBuild deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers/li liDrive sales through suggestive selling and creating genuine connections with customers/li liEmbody our brand values and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community/li /ul pRequirements:/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent/li liPrevious retail experience preferred/li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills/li liGenuine passion for retail and fashion/li liFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays/li liPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the store/li liBasic math skills and attention to detail/li /ul
