and external stakeholders, representing the organization in collaborative and professional meetings.nbsp;/liliAssist with utilizing data analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of community programs, working closely with the Grant Administrator to update reporting and metrics.nbsp;/liliMaintain effective communication and harmonious relationships with the public, participants, and associates./liliWork collaboratively with internal teams to develop community programs and initiatives that address identified needs./li/ulpstrongProgram Development and Management:/strong/pulliAssist relationships with funding agencies, partners, and other relevant stakeholders./liliCapture accurate and up-to-date records of grant-related activities, including project milestones, financial transactions, and correspondence to include in reports for both internal and external stakeholders regarding grant led projects./liliGather and analyze relevant data from internal sources to meet
