  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver amazing guest experiences
  • Ensuring food is prepped and served to exact specs — no shortcuts here!
  • Upholding high standards in cleanliness, food safety, and service
  • Scheduling, labor management, and team development
  • Contributing to store-level P&L performance and operational goals
  • Helping grow a culture rooted in accountability, respect, and fun

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • No Indian food knowledge required — just a willingness to learn and love the flavor!
  • Restaurant management experience is required (fast casual preferred)
  • Confident leader with strong communication and team-building skills
  • Sharp with scheduling, labor costs, and understanding of P&L
  • ServSafe Manager Certified (or willing to get certified)
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven — someone who leads by example

Required qualifications:

  • Dress code requirements: Fingernails are trimmed and maintained
  • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 21+ years or older
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Background check

  • Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
  • Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
  • Restaurant back of house skills: catering setup & prep
  • Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
  • Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
  • Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
  • Retail skills: customer service
  • Speaks English
  • Management skills: supervising employees

  • Able to stand for duration of shift
  • Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
