Join our ERP team in a hands-on engineering role focused on database management across WWT datacenters, on-premise EBS applications, and Oracle Cloud Fusion instances. This position offers growth opportunities through increasingly complex support tasks while contributing to strategic planning and process improvements.

As a member of the ERP team, you will:
- Manage Oracle databases across multiple environments (datacenter, on-premise EBS, Oracle SaaS Cloud)
- Maintain and enhance end-to-end platform monitoring for performance and availability
- Ensure data integrity and security through user access and permission management
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical incidents
- Provide on-call support, including after-hours maintenance and service disruptions
- Clone and refresh ERP/EBS environments
- Automate database processes using PL/SQL, SQL, and shell scripting
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver technical solutions
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Stay current with Oracle EBS product releases and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems OR equivalent technical experience
- 2-3+ years Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) experience
- Proficiency in Oracle database administration principles and methods
- Experience with Linux, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Engineering
- 2-3+ years Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) experience
- Oracle 19c RAC or higher database experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)
