American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week day shift contract at a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital.
Details- Interventional Radiology unit within a 733-bed short-term acute care hospital, Level III Trauma Center and teaching facility
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend and call coverage required
- May float within scope to other units or sister campuses based on facility needs
- Charting via Epic
- 13-week contract
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
- Current ARRT certification required
- Active state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted — license required if applicable
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the main campus are not eligible for this position
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Pre-start orientation modules required (approximately 4–10 hours)
- RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a maximum of 4 days; all time off requests must be submitted upfront
- Only 1 holiday approval is available during the contract
- Any called-off shifts may be required to be made up at the manager's discretion
- Travelers must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Travelers may extend once on this assignment; after the contract limit is reached, a 6-month break is required before returning
