Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week day shift contract at a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital.

Details
  • Interventional Radiology unit within a 733-bed short-term acute care hospital, Level III Trauma Center and teaching facility
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Weekend and call coverage required
  • May float within scope to other units or sister campuses based on facility needs
  • Charting via Epic
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
  • Current ARRT certification required
  • Active state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted — license required if applicable
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the main campus are not eligible for this position
  • Scrubs are provided by the facility
  • Pre-start orientation modules required (approximately 4–10 hours)
  • RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a maximum of 4 days; all time off requests must be submitted upfront
  • Only 1 holiday approval is available during the contract
  • Any called-off shifts may be required to be made up at the manager's discretion
  • Travelers must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
  • Travelers may extend once on this assignment; after the contract limit is reached, a 6-month break is required before returning
