ABOUT THE ROLE
European Wax Center – NW Tucson is seeking a warm, service-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our front desk team. In this key role, you’ll ensure each guest feels welcomed, supported, and confident from the moment they walk in. From scheduling appointments to recommending the right skincare products, you’ll be the face of our commitment to exceptional customer care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
✅ Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
✅ Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
✅ Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions with professionalism
✅ Recommend skincare products and waxing packages to support guest needs
✅ Keep the front desk clean, organized, and running smoothly
✅ Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

🔹 Strong communication and people skills
🔹 Dependable, friendly, and punctual
🔹 Prior customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, salon, etc.)
🔹 Comfortable multitasking and learning booking software (training provided)
