Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support daily production operations by running card stripping machines, punch presses, and performing detailed product inspections. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written procedures, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with operating and troubleshooting machinery and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Load, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on both stripper and punch machines.
  
   
• Review daily work orders and ensure all required materials are correctly loaded and available.
  
   
• Perform thorough inspections on product strips and decks, rejecting defective products per procedure.
  
   
• Ensure all production documentation and standard operating procedures are followed accurately.
  
   
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.
  
   
• Coordinate with team members to contain and address any quality issues or defective products.
  
   

This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting to 35 pounds, and safely moving machinery. If you have at least 1–2 years of experience and are looking to grow in a production-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
