Coverage Needed

• October 01, 09, 16, 20, 27, 30, 21; November 01, 02, 06, 10, 13, 17, 27, 28, 29, 30; December 05, 06, 11, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31
• Call Only 8a-8a
  • Beeper - 30 minute response time
  • Provider is not required to stay in house but need to be able to access the hospital within 30 minutes

Clinical Details

• 5 Patients per shift
• 10 Beds
• MedHost
• Support - 3 RNs

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active KY License or IMLC
• Fellowship
• ACLS
