Wholesale Sales Assistant

Nature's Fusions Essential Oils in Orem, UT is looking for one Wholesale Sales Assistant to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 57 N 1380 W. Our ideal candidate is attentive, personable, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage the wholesale website (approve accounts, send new account holders through pipeline, assist in marketing campaigns).
• Manage new wholesaler accounts pipeline (contacting, receiving orders, following up monthly).
• Manage and follow-up with online wholesale accounts: Alibaba, Faire, etc
• Follow-up with existing wholesalers, leads, and EXPO contacts.
• Attend and assist with EXPOs, shows, in-person, and virtual meetings.
• Report to VP of Sales and Sales Manager
• Respond quickly and professionally to emails and phone calls.

Skills needed:

• Proficient Microsoft skills (specifically Excel and Word)
• Technologically literate in navigating websites, computers, files, Google Docs
• Proficient in talking on the phone
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Experience/Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of natural products (essential oils, hemp products)
• Upselling/sales experience in-person and via phone
• Run and analyze purchasing reports or forecasts

In-Person Position. Specific work may be remote upon approval from Manager.
