What You’ll Do:

• Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods (older HVAC systems, high-conversion zip codes)

• Offer free estimates on system replacements

• Qualify customers and close on the spot or set same-day appointments

• Track leads and activity (we provide tools/training)

• Be a hustler with a purpose – this isn’t retail or soft selling

✅ Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred (door-to-door, solar, roofing, pest, alarms, etc.)

• Must be confident, coachable, and not afraid to knock

• Reliable transportation

• Self-starter with strong work ethic and people skills

• Must be local (this is not remote)
