We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer/Representative to join our team in Canonsburg, PA. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment while supporting customers and driving sales growth.

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Engineer/Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations and proposals for a variety of technical products
• Processing customer purchase orders and issuing purchase orders to vendors
• Providing product information, pricing, and order updates to customers
• Supporting Outside Sales Representatives with inside sales functions and project coordination
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and ERP systems
• Assisting with light troubleshooting and technical support, with additional resources available for more advanced issues

Required Qualifications:

• Highly responsive and detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to understand mechanical principles and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in valves, instrumentation, or related industrial equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (especially in Engineering, Business, or a related field)
• Prior experience in technical sales or customer service in an industrial environment
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

This is a full-time, office-based position located in our Southpointe office in Canonsburg, PA.
