• Worksite Location: Rockville, MN  
• Compensation: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
• Contract to Hire

What you’ll do as the Accounts Payable Associate:

• Process invoices accurately and promptly through matching, batching, coding, and data entry to ensure that costs are recorded correctly
• Communicate with various departments and management to confirm purchase approvals and swiftly resolve any arising issues
• Research and address payable discrepancies with vendors, review and process monthly credit card transactions, and reconcile vendor statements
• Review accounts payable entries for accuracy and ensure that invoices are paid on time, all while performing other assigned duties that contribute to the overall financial health of the company

What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Associate role:

• 2-year degree in accounting or 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Detail oriented and ability to work under deadlines.
• Demonstrated experiences of performing functions efficiently and accurately with little direct supervision
• Ability to develop positive working relationships and communicate effectively with vendors employees and internal customers
• High degree of integrity and discretion in safeguarding confidential information
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required
