Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

Snelling Staffing is currently seeking a Parts & Logistics Coordinator for our client, which is a growing manufacturer located in Milwaukee. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys working independently in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (must be certified)

• Receive and ship freight, validating accuracy and condition

• Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and transfers

• Process shipping labels and documentation

• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness (including vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom upkeep)

• Accurately enter data into ERP and logistics systems

• Communicate with internal and external partners via phone and email

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs

• Package outbound freight and organize incoming deliveries

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Forklift certification

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Computer proficiency and ERP system experience

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Excellent communication skills (phone and email)

• Comfortable with physical warehouse duties

Preferred:

• Previous keyholder or warehouse management experience

• Experience in logistics, inventory, or shipping/receiving

• General maintenance or electrical experience

• Above-average understanding of warehouse operations
