Skilled Laborer

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and motivated Skilled Laborers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction or related trades who take pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently under the direction of a foreman or supervisor. Our skilled laborers play a critical role in supporting a variety of tasks on job sites to keep projects moving forward safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of construction-related tasks including site prep, demolition, cleanup, and material handling

• Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, jackhammers, and levels

• Assist in framing, concrete work, excavation, grading, or installation of structures and systems

• Operate small equipment such as skid steers, compactors as needed

• Load and unload materials and tools from trucks or storage areas

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site

• Assist tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, equipment operators) as directed

• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in general construction or a skilled trade

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or construction plans is a plus

• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and in physically demanding conditions

• Experience with tools, machinery, or construction equipment preferred

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
