Supervisor – Event Drapery Company (Part-Time, $25/hr,)  Location: TURLOCK (Travel to event sites required) Job Type: Part-Time (24 hrs/week) – Potential for Full-Time Compensation: $25/hour + Performance-Based Raises

You’ll help bring beautiful events to life—managing workflow, coordinating logistics, and guiding team members while also contributing directly to day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deliveries: Drive company vehicles, vans, trucks, and trailers to set up at event locations throughout California.

• Oversee operations: Supervise shipping/receiving, inventory, fabric cutting, order fulfillment, and workspace maintenance.

• Generate and follow up on quotes: Use a specialized computer program to create quotes and communicate with clients.

• Support team tasks: Jump in to assist with event prep and production, maintaining high-quality standards.

• Lead with organization: Keep project timelines tight, team communication clear, and client satisfaction top of mind.

Qualifications:

• Computer savvy: Familiar with quoting tools, spreadsheets, and basic business software.

• Strong organizational & leadership abilities: Efficient multitasker who leads by example.

• Valid driver’s license and confidence driving large vehicles and trailers.

• Experience with textiles, event setup, warehouse logistics, or similar fields preferred.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
