Position Overview

The Director is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior management team, supporting the Regional Director in growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and client relationships for the Dallas market. You will foster a positive, team-oriented environment, ensure financial goals and deadlines are met, and assist in business development.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of the studio and team members.
2. Oversee proposals and contracts to ensure all are in place.
3. Handle organizational chart, project budget reports, review monthly revenue projections, financials, and prepare business reports.
4. Market and promote new business opportunities; attend networking events.
5. Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
6. Partner with internal recruiting to hire new team members.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture.
• Experience leading a team or studio.
• Proposals experience.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, preferably in the Los Angeles market.
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred.
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Leadership skills to foster a team environment.
