Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

• Operate and maintain machines that produce bubble wrap.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues up to 480 volts.
• Work on conveyors, pumps, 3 phase motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Utilize Allen Bradley PLC experience to ensure machine efficiency.
• Diagnose any mechanical or electrical issues, coordinating with engineers for advanced fixes.
• Lead and direct people when necessary, showcasing leadership qualities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure all machines operate similarly to extrusion or plastic molding equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of experience in the maintenance field or industry.
• Prior experience in injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding preferred.
• Assertive and capable of leading teams without holding a formal title.

Shift

2-2-3 shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Garland, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
