Full-Time Elementary School (K-5th) SLPA Opening Mokena, IL

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a supportive district near Mokena, Illinois, seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 20252026 school year.

Position Details:

• Start/End Dates: August 2025 June 2026

• Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (50-minute lunch)

• Hours/Week: 33.5

• Caseload: K5 students

• Caseload Size: 4050 students

• Caseload Type: Mostly mild-to-moderate needs, with some self-contained

• School Sites: One site only no travel required

Requirements:

• Active Illinois SLPA license

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
