Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Manhattan (Remote/Hybrid Options Available)
Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 with strong variable compensation package
Join our premier homecare management software company, connecting providers, payers, caregivers, and state Medicaid programs. Founded in 2008, the company has grown globally to improve care delivery and operational efficiency for aging or disabled individuals.
Role Summary
As an SDR, you'll be a key player in generating new business pipelines. You’ll engage with prospective homecare agencies, educating them on the software platform and driving interest for our Enterprise and SMB solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls and emails to healthcare and homecare agencies
- Engage with portal users to discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Effectively overcome objections and position the company's solutions, including EVV compliance, billing & payroll automation, mobile apps, and scheduling tools
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce proficiency expected)
- Attend and support industry events and conferences (up to 10% travel)
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or healthcare-focused companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting and achieving KPIs
- Experience selling to first-time technology buyers
- High emotional intelligence—humility, empathy, and resilience
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, or WorkRamp is a plus
- Bonus: experience in healthcare or homecare verticals
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000–$75,000, plus attractive variable compensation
