HRIS Administrator (Contract Workday)

Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for a contract HRIS Administrator with 3+ years of Workday experience to support our client on a short-term contract basis in Kennesaw, Georgia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Workday and HR systems to support HR leaders and optimize processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HRIS and a commitment to delivering operational excellence. This role is onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Workday HRIS to manage employee files and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Train HR leaders on effective use of Workday features and functionalities.

• Generate and analyze HR-related reports to support decision-making processes.

• Provide administrative support for HR systems, ensuring smooth operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues to maintain system integrity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR processes through system capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.

• Assist in the implementation of system updates and improvements.

• Deliver guidance and training on best practices for HRIS operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday HRIS.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a strong focus on Workday ERP.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and system integration.
• Ability to generate and interpret complex HR reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for training and collaboration.
• Experience in maintaining data confidentiality and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
