Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Support Project Managers in preparing bid packages, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements
Review construction drawings, RFI submissions, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project communication
Monitor project progress, document changes, and assist in tracking costs and schedules
Attend job site meetings and assist in resolving field-related issues
Support the closeout process including punch list completion, warranty documentation, and final turnover
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
1–5 years of experience in commercial construction or relevant internships/co-op programs
Familiarity with construction documentation, project management tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
