Field Service Technician

The ideal candidate will support the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of robotic technology products.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues and perform repairs
Collaborate with engineers to enhance product reliability and performance
Maintain accurate service records and preventative maintenance documentation
Assist in testing product updates and software modifications

Qualifications

Engineering, electronics or related field
Military experience a plus
2 years medical device or robotics experience
Ability to travel 75% of the time
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
