- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) \n
- Hours Per Week: 36 \n
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,160-$2,270 \n
- Orientation: 24 hours \n
- Charting System: Epic \n
- Float Expectations: May float to support related OB needs, including phones, IV starts, and helping with skills when L&D is quiet \n
- Weekend Requirement: Required, evenly split among staff \n
- Call: Limited call coverage may be required, up to once per pay period \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission \n
- Compact license required at submission \n
- Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery or OB nursing experience \n
- Prior travel nurse experience required \n
- Seasoned travelers strongly preferred \n
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required \n
- Current CLC and Stable certifications preferred \n
- Experience with Epic charting required \n
- Comfortable working in a small, flexible OB environment \n
- Ability to work holidays as required by assignment \n
- References required during compliance \n

- Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery nursing care across the OB continuum, including triage, labor, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care \n
- Monitor and assess obstetric patients and newborns in a low-volume critical access setting \n
- Perform sterile vaginal exams and support triage of obstetrical patients \n
- Assist with C-sections, including circulating as needed \n
- Support wireless fetal monitoring and use of specialized OB equipment \n
- Care for patients with conditions such as PIH and NAS \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care \n
- Remain flexible to assist with unit needs and float support when patient volume is low \n
- Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and a strong patient-centered approach throughout the assignment \n
