Job Description Summary:

\nProvide primary care, BLS and/or Advanced Life Support to include medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the critically ill and injured. This will require working directly with physicians and nursing staff to inform and receive patient information regarding the patient’s condition on arrival or prior to transporting.\n\n

Responsibilities And Duties:

\n60% - Performs primary job responsibilities listed for Paramedic to include response, patient assessment, vital signs, patient monitoring and diagnostics, patient moving and lifting, medication administration.\n
\n20% - Maintaining Equipment in proper working order\n
\n10% - Daily cleaning to include mandatory weekly disinfecting of ambulances/equipment and station.\n
\n10% - Report writing and documentation\n
\n
\nAs a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.  \n

Minimum Qualifications:

\nHigh School or GED (Required)ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, PMD-OH - Paramedic - State of Ohio Division of EMS\n\n
