Job Summary:
The Education/Training Coordinator is the coordinator for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) education and training for Elizabethtown Community Hospital. The coordinator is responsible for establishing EHR training to be live, on-the-job- and virtual platforms. The coordinator arranges for onboarding of new hires with the Credentialed trainer within the appropriate EPIC module. They coordinate and schedule continuing education and system upgrades for role development and use in EPIC. The coordination is completed with the EPIC credentialed trainers and System EPIC Program Managers. The coordinator will organize EPIC Super User quarterly meetings to facilitate scheduling on-the-job training for system upgrades. Coordination with departmental managers is a must. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling classes through the online learning management system, requiring training to the platform.  The coordinator is also responsible for assisting in coordination with additional employee needs for onboarding or system updates for clinical or operational applications.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

Education / Skills Required:
•    Must be a high school graduate or equivalent; 
•    Associate’s degree in related human resources or education field at a minimum
•    Customer service skills
•    Organizational skills
•    Excellent oral and written skills
•    Experience with Microsoft office products, learning management platforms
•    Learn Learning management platform within one month of hire
•    Ability to pivot to address learner and credentialed trainer changing needs
