Inside Sales Associate

Our client in New Bedford is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join their growing team. If you are someone who enjoys managing customer relationships and you have sales experience, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Provide product information, pricing, and availability.

• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and proposals.

• Develop and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to drive repeat business while maintaining the CRM system

• Identify new sales opportunities and assist in developing new accounts.

• Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and company offerings.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or industrial supply required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems

• Knowledge of technical product information related to metals, fasteners, or industrial supplies.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• 8am to 4:30pm

• In office with travel to meetings as needed

Pay:

• $20 - $23 per hour based on experience
